rotating gallery artist applications

This is a juried exhibition. IAC will work with owners of Crush & Grind to select the artist.

This is a Solo exhibition. You may choose a theme if you want or exhibit an array of your work.

Signs for each piece will have a QR code for customers to purchase the work.

You may freshen up the exhibit but please contact Crush & Grind to set up times.

Complete the form online, click Submit when finished. It will disappear from the page. Scroll down to the Blue section to upload photos.

Please send 3 photos of recent artwork and 1 Head Shot. The photos Must be in JPG or PNG format. The photo filename MUST have your name in it, example: smithphoto1.jpg
